On Monday, December 12, 2022 Peletah Institute for Building Resilient Communities will host the ENC Regional Church & Community Holiday Resiliency Collaborative at the New Bern Riverfront Convention Center located at 203 South Front Street New Bern, NC 28560.
This event will connect residents of Eastern North Carolina to a host of community resources including housing, healthcare enrollment, food, education, vaccines, and even toys through the Toys for Tots program (pre-registration is required). Most importantly, YOU will get a chance to have your voice heard during the Community Listening Session, where you will get to share your concerns and ideas with community leaders and officials.
As we get closer to the holidays, it's important that we remember the reason for the season. As we know, the reason for the season is the celebration of the birth of Christ. However, as we celebrate the birth of our savior, it is imperative that we also honor the command He has given us as believers to serve and fellowship with one another. This is the perfect event to truly demonstrate the reason for the season.
